How do Biosplendor shipments work?


How is a product returned in Biosplendor?

At Biosplendor we accept returns within the first 14 days of receipt of the order.

In order for the returns to be confirmed by us, these must have the following conditions:

- Products can not be used

- Both product and original packaging must be in perfect condition

If you want to make a return, you must send us the products and once we have received them, we will proceed to return the purchase amount less the shipping costs of the original order (€ 5 in mainland Spain). The costs of shipping and return on returns must be borne by the customer.

We recommend that you use the same packaging with which you have received the order to send the return because it guarantees that the product arrives in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the product arriving at Biosplendor in conditions suitable for its return.


I received a different product than the one I ordered ...

Contact us and we will solve immediately making you a change


The product I ordered has bequeathed broken or faulty ...

We put special care in our shipments and the products with which we work are of exquisite quality. If you find this situation exceptional, contact us and we will solve it immediately by making a change


The product received has a texture and / or smell that I do not like ...

We describe in detail in the product sheets the Biosplendor website the aspects concerning odors, textures, etc. We recommend that you next request us samples of the product that you want to test before buying, since in this case we can not return the amount for having used the product.


I have had an allergic reaction to the product I bought ...

We recommend that if you have any allergies or sensitive skin, always ask us before making a purchase or request us samples of the product you would like to buy to avoid any damage. In case you have suffered any reaction, contact us, as we will provide you with information about the verification process and the procedure to provide you with a solution.


Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been prepared for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the order to do so if possible.


If the order has already been sent, we will have to return it to our facilities to make the return, to which we will deduct the amount corresponding to the shipment and the return (7 € Spain peninsula).
